Hi People

I'm Carlos from Palma de Mallorca(an Island in Spain),and now(since 1year and a half)I'm studying music in Barcelona,electric bass and doublebass.I feel all music(classical,ethnics,electronic,...)and I love find new interesting ways,sounds,ideas in music.But jazz is2much!!and when I discovered steve coleman it was great,the funk of the future I thougt.I'm a fan of his work since then,I'm very interested about his music,rhytms,theorys,filosophy,and I'm begining to study and practice his music with my drummer.
THANKS to steve because his music move my life,stimulate my mind and it's a great reference to my music.and THANKS dimitri for this,when I found your web I couldn't believe it,I stayed stopped with my mouth opened a few minutes(about 'five' I think) affraid

thanks for your kind words Tetsuo, it is always very nice to hear back from people downloading music.

What you said about having your mouth open a few minutes is actually all I wanted to do when the idea of this website started.

yes, I've downloaded all info about the website...now I only need some months and my pocket dictionary study

oh,I sent an email to the elements of one website to buy it,asking about spanish subtitles and european dvd players compatibilities.It seems amazing.
and one question,have you thought about put one section(or forum topic) with dates of next concerts of him.I think it will be great,I don't know if they will play in spain this year but if not I'll go on holiday to some city to see them and I'd like to prepare thoroughly the trip drunken

the Elements of One DVD IS amazing, you should buy cause it is a wonderful insight on Steve approach to music.

When I am able, I'd like to buy the Elements of One DVD. I've searched for it but cannot locate a copy. Do you know where I might be able to get my grubby little hands on a copy?

Also, I'm at your site and have begun downloading some of the video files. Do you realize that after fifteen years of listening to Coleman that this is the first time I've ever seen him other pictures? I've never seen an iota of him moving or playing on stage - I've only imagined it for years and years and years.

I'm downloading the Dave Holland video in 1989 as we speak. Thank you so, so much. Let me know what I can do to help. I am committed to the success of this site.
