Coleman mentioned the name “Nicholas Brothers” in an interview. I didn’t know them and I found 2 videos – great entertainment:

I have known the name „Sonny Stitt“ for a long time. But I did not know his music. Steve Coleman talked about him in an interview (http://www.m-base.com/int_volz.html). I found the following videos:

I spent a lot of time to translate Coleman’s writings because they are very interesting to me – in many respects.
